At Cruise The City , we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cruise, please review our return policy below:
1. Cancellations and Refunds:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled cruise date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling:
Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure without any additional fees, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the cruise may incur a fee.
3. Weather Policy:
Cruise The City, operate rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to conduct the cruise, Cruise The City will cancel the cruise and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Missed Cruise:
- If you miss your cruise due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a later cruise, subject to availability, but no guarantees or refunds are provided for missed cruise.
